What is the minimum order quantity?

That varies per product and is shown in the configurator as the lowest quantity tier. Need a different quantity? Choose 'Other quantity' and you'll receive a custom quote.

How do I supply my logo?

After ordering, you upload your logo in your account, with the order and per order line. Preferably as vector (PDF, AI or EPS) — we always check it.

Will I get to see a proof?

Yes. After your order we create a digital proof that you approve online. Only after approval does it go into production.

What is the delivery time?

Once the proof has been approved, we usually print from 3 production days onwards. Shipping comes on top of that; the exact delivery time is stated with each product.

Can I easily reorder?

With an account you can find previous orders and reorder them with one click.

What payment methods are there?

iDEAL (Wero) and Bancontact. Business customers can order on account by arrangement.
